This is called The Kissing Statue. A cast iron structure into which little holes have been drilled to make the image. This is on the seafront. Posted by Picasa

  1. Interesting technique to get the images shown with holes. So, shades are made by the depth of the hole then, right?

  2. I guess it's by the width as opposed to the depth of the hole - I'll try to find another link to it so you can get a sense of proportion.
