Bad vignetting?

I took this whilst the sea was really rough down at the marina wall. notice in the corners that the lens is showing bad signs of vignetting - any clues on how to fix this anyone?

Its a Nikon VR 18-200 - this is at medium zoom I think....

  1. Alas, no I don't, but I've had a look on a website about the lens & it says about keeping it at f/8.

  2. If you use Photoshop, then there's a tool to increase/decrease this effect.

Filter > Distort > Lens Correction

The 'Vignetting' panel lets you lighten (or darken) the corners to varying degrees.

(That's where it is on CS2, anyway)
