Dusk Paragliding

After work today I zipped up to the Downs on the motorcycle - I was surprised to see the paragliders were out in force, I could hardly see the hand in front of my face - let alone land a parachute - Kudos!

A contact source of frustration for most Brighton residents is the efficiency of its traffic wardens!!!!!

Temperatures are dropping dramatically here as Autumn sets in - I'd suggest this might be your last chance to get out on the pier before it gets too cold wet or miserable!

Postcard from Russia

We're back from Moscow and as a one off - I'm not posting a photo of Brighton today.

This is the inside of the football stadium in Moscow during last weeks Russia V England qualifier match. Russia won 2-1 and the atmosphere was incredible if not a little intimidating as an England supporter as you can see from this photo.

Autumn is great for the sunsets - this time over the Palace Pier.

Using a greyscale tint over this classic looking shot of boat on water renders an almost sinister feel to this picture.

Crazy golf

Quite a normal sight at most British seaside resorts is Crazy Golf - bearing little resemblance to the real thing the idea is to get around a series of concrete obstacles in the least amount of shots! - It's my 5-year-olds FAVOURITE thing at the moment.......

Beautiful Sunset

A quiet and eery evening yesterday as the sun set across the west pier, a slight mist to boot - hence the redness of the sky!

On the bus

I ran out of time today AND forgot my camera! here's the inside of my bus journey home.

Taken from underneath the Palace Pier the rusty reds vs the almost emerald water I thought struck a nice balance.

The Forager in Hove

I was sent through this from Hannah Cole - it's a blatant piece of advertorial - but it IS a good boozer. Here's what she says
