Burning the clocks

A celebration of the winter solstice happens in Brighton each year called "burning the clocks" in it's 15th year a noisy parade through the streets is a great place to be on a cold winters evening.

BDP is officially now closing down for the festive season. See you in January.

Busking Pan Pipes

The Pan Pipers are back just outside Churchill Square shopping centre - they always remind me of the Fast Show - "The Patagonians, a group of South American musicians who seem to never be able to get further than a few seconds into a song before it degenerates into a tuneless shambles. They play in bizarre locations, and notable instruments they use are pan pipes, an acoustic guitar and maracas." - Wiki.
