Sunshine

The sun finally showed it's face for an hour or so this afternoon on Hove Prom - as we all scuttled on down to the waterfront to eek out the last of the weekend.

Spent a fab day out on Easter Monday with the family up at Wakehurst Place - owned and looked after by the National Trust.

Brighton and Hove Photography - The Lanes

Known as the oldest pub in the Lanes, The Cricketers, nestles next to our office on Black Lion Street.

"There has been a pub on this site since 1547 and the original Landlord, one Derrick Carver was burnt as a martyr for his religious beliefs. One of its' most famous "guests" in the past has been "Jack the Ripper" - in The Greene Room bar, (upstairs), spend some time following the story of his origins and how he planned his murders from this very spot. This is also the famous pub immortalised by Graham Greene in his classic novel "Brighton Rock".
