Summer Rain

OK so it's not strictly Brighton - I worked in London yesterday and on exit at Victoria was met with a thunderclap and torrential summer rain.

Cafe life

Is alive and well here in Brighton - it seems the entire population of Britain has descended on our seaside city - with the sunshine of the past few days it feels alive!

Brighton Philharmonic in the Pavillion

A series of short promenade concerts for a relaxing summer's evening in the Music Room. The concerts feature works probably heard in Regency palaces, performed by members of the Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra.

Golf anyone

At the back of Brighton there is a glut of golf courses, mostly membership based clubs - but this one (the worst kept!) is the public course.

A regular occurence up and down the country. In some it excites in others incites fear.

Fun in the sun.....

Whilst I've been away Brighton's been enjoying a little bit of a heatwave - hosepipe bans are probably around the corner.
